About Me

I have an Advanced Diploma in Psychophonetics Counselling and Coaching for Deep Leadership. I have deeply benefited from this training in both my personal and professional life. It has been life enhancing and transformational. It is my passion to facilitate others in finding their true potential and purpose.

I am also qualified in Holistic Massage and can offer this as a separate therapy. Massage can help to release emotional blocks held in the body, so it is a powerful compliment to counselling therapy

I have worked in various residential and educational settings with a wide range of client groups including working with special needs, challenging behaviour and emotional difficulties. As part of my professional development in specialist education, I obtained a MSc degree in Practical Skills Therapeutic Education.

I worked with an organisation in London for over 5 years where I received in-depth training in cutting-edge personal transformation. My work there as a life coach deepened my interest in personal development and led me to train in Psychophonetics.

I am a Bothmer Gymnastics and Spatial Dynamics specialist. I furthered developed my work as a movement practitioner, facilitating curriculum and team development for an organisation in the USA.

I am a member of BACP- The British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy.
