My own healing journey has been tough at times but every challenge has given me an opportunity to discover a deeper connection to my own soul’s wisdom. It took many years for me to truly understand that the wounds we carry are the doorway into developing deep empathy and loving care for ourselves. The inner child is each of us, if we truly listen, feel and understand, guides us home to our wholeness. Weaving new knowledge and understanding of your personal suffering and challenges, you will discover not only new loving compassion for yourself but also a new sense of purpose and an innate power for change.
